– Kourtney Kardashian will make an appearance on One Life to Live, which will be filmed for her E! reality series, Kourtney & Kim Take New York. E! confirms that the reality star will
not be playing herself but her character will interact with Cristian (David Fumero) and Blair (Cassie DePaiva). Kourtney’s scenes will
air in March.
– Ted King (ex-Luis/Lorenzo, General Hospital; ex-Danny, Loving/The City) will be also be joining
One Life to Live on January 21st and
will be connected to Blair. King is currently working on his character
breakdown with the writers and producers. Apparently his new character will
also be called Luis.
– Natalia Livingston (ex-Emily/Rebecca,
GH) is moving to Days of our Lives as
Taylor Raines, Nicole’s sister. Taylor
was previously played by Katherine Ellis
from 1998-1999 and was involved with Jensen
Ackles’ Eric Brady before her sister Nicole caught his eye.
– Tristan Rogers (ex-Robert, GH)
will appear on The Young and the Restless
beginning December 7th as Colin who has ties to Cane (Daniel Goddard).
– As of December, Ashley Jones (Bridget)
will be downgraded to recurring status while newcomer Kristolyn Lloyd (Dayzee) will be upped to contract status.
– Andrea Evans (ex-Tina, OLTL;
ex-Rebecca, Passions) will be
returning to B&B as Tawny Moore (Amber’s mother). Evans’ Tawny was last
seen in Los Angeles
in 2000, however resurfaced on The Young
and the Restless for a quick visit earlier this year. Tawny comes to
B&B on Dec. 29th after losing her trailer and hoping that Amber will help
her.
– Eddie Matos (ex-Ricky, Port Charles; ex-Pete, GH) will appear
on All My Children as minister Ricky
Torres beginning December 6th.
– Sarah Glendening (ex-Lucy; ATWT)
will also be headed to AMC as the new Marissa, replacing Brittany Allen – who will last air on Dec. 17th while Glendening
makes her debut on Dec. 20th).
– Thorsten Kaye will be leaving his
role as AMC’s Zach. Look for Zach to be presumed dead in plane crash.
– Days of our Lives celebrated its 45th
anniversary this past Monday and also made the transition to HD – the iconic
opening credits were also redone. NBC has also announced that the soap has been renewed for another two years (until at least September 2013. Here are some photos from the anniversary
